Can any employee do an apprenticeship?
Yes! Any employee can undertake an apprenticeship, provided their role allows for the necessary training and development. Apprenticeships are all about giving everyone the chance to upskill and grow.
Will there be a change in my salary?
Your salary, upon agreement with your employer to upskill, should stay the same as before. Your salary cannot be lower than the apprentice minimum wage for a new role. We’re here to help you find an apprenticeship that matches your salary expectations.
Will my job title have to change?
Job titles don’t necessarily have to change, but the role must support the apprenticeship requirements. One of our apprenticeship advisors can chat with you to find the ideal programme for upskilling or career development.

How long does an apprenticeship take?
Depending on the programme you choose, it can take a minimum of 12 months and at a maximum of 24 months.
