Job Description

As a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice, you will support the planning, execution and optimisation of integrated marketing campaigns across a range of platforms including social media, email, web, paid media and content marketing.

You will gain practical experience in a fast-paced agency environment while working towards your Level 3 apprenticeship qualification. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in digital marketing, content or account management.

Responsibilities

Campaign Delivery & Channel Support

  • Assist in planning and scheduling multi-channel campaigns across social, email, PPC and web.
  • Create and schedule social media content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
  • Support email marketing campaigns including building, testing and analysing performance.
  • Assist in updating and optimising website content using CMS platforms.
  • Contribute to paid media campaigns including research, audience targeting and performance tracking.

Content Creation & Creative Support

  • Support the creation of engaging content including blogs, captions, case studies and campaign copy.
  • Assist with visual content briefs for designers and videographers.
  • Ensure brand tone of voice and guidelines are applied consistently across channels.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to inform content strategy.

Data, Insight & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and email platforms.
  • Compile monthly performance reports for clients.
  • Support analysis of key metrics including engagement, reach, CTR and conversion rates.
  • Use insights to suggest improvements to campaign performance.

Client & Agency Support

  • Attend internal meetings and client calls, taking notes and actions.
  • Support account managers with campaign coordination and deadlines.
  • Contribute ideas during creative brainstorm sessions.
  • Work collaboratively with design, digital and content teams.

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for creative copywriting.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work collaboratively within a team.
  • A proactive, action-oriented approach with keen attention to detail.

Multi Channel Marketer Training

During this advanced apprenticeship, you will learn a vast range of knowledge, skills and behaviours, covering topics such as:

  • Brand management
  • Content creation, SEO and utilising AI
  • Online and offline marketing, including Google Ads certification

You will undertake the ground-breaking Professional Apprenticeships Multi Channel Marketer Level 3 qualification. Professional Apprenticeships are an Ofsted Outstanding rated provider, and also hold the title of Bristol and Bath Apprenticeship Training Provider of the Year for 2021.

The training is delivered using a hybrid model and can be delivered fully remotely if needed. You will have monthly 1-2-1s with your assigned tutor, along with monthly group sessions, where one topic will be covered in detail, and you will have the opportunity to meet and work with all the other apprentices on the course.

The programme is designed to mould you into a high-level, all-rounded digital marketer. You will learn in detail about:

  • Evaluating and reviewing campaigns
