Job Description

We are looking for an IT support apprentice to join an ever-growing team and provide Outstanding customer service and support to all clients.

Working with the Team you will be involved in everything and have a chance to do a varied role meaning every day is different and exciting. There is a strong sense of team and an exciting relaxed office atmosphere.

This role is Monday to Friday and full training will be provided as part of an Advanced IT Apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

The Role

  • Learn more about networking and architecture
  • Support users with varying degrees of IT troubleshooting
  • Increase your understanding of cloud services
  • Get to grips with mobile and operating systems
  • Understand helpdesk systems

Additional Information

You will undertake the ground-breaking Professional Apprenticeships ICT Level 3 qualification. Professional Apprenticeships are an Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ rated provider and hold the title of Bristol and Bath Apprenticeship Training Provider of the Year for 2021.
