The Multiply programme offers easy access to free courses that can help develop individuals’ skills and confidence in numeracy. It also provides an opportunity for employers to collaborate with providers to deliver free, fully funded numeracy skills to their employees.

Free courses to improve maths skills.

  • Helping adults with numeracy, Multiply is focused on improving skills for adults aged 19+
  • For those without GCSE’s: Multiply helps those without a maths GCSE at grade C. 
  • Work towards a recognised qualification: Applicants will work towards a Functional Skill in EL3,L1 or L2

Eligibility

  • Applicants need to be in the WECA region – Bristol and surrounding areas – full map here – https://www.westofengland-ca.gov.uk/about-us/who-we-are/
  • Applicants need to complete 32 Hours of Maths support
  • You must be aged 19+
  • Multiply is for people that do not already have a Math GCSE at grade C (or equivalent) or above. 
 
The Multiply programme is funded and managed by the West of England Combined authority, led by Metro Mayor Dan Norris and delivered by Bristol City Council
