How it works?

Apprenticeship training is paid in majority by the government. Allowing you to access tens of thousands of pounds of training either for free or for a very small contribution. For larger employers (levy paying) you’ll use your apprenticeship levy.

All you have to do is pay your apprentice, give them time to learn and treat them like any other employee. Our apprenticeship experts and industry-leading tutors will handle the rest!

Upskilling staff

To create a good match between apprentice and employer, you have to take the time to understand both. That’s what we’ll do, by understanding your culture and your values as well as the job spec, we can create apprenticeships that will go the distance!

Apprenticeship Levy

The apprenticeship levy applies to large employers with a pay bill exceeding £3 million, requiring them to contribute 0.5% of their wage bill per month into a levy pot, with a funding band allowance of £15,000. If you don’t use it, it’s lost. We can help you maximise the use of your levy pot!

SME growth

We’ve supported small employers in hiring their very first employee, we watched and helped them grow to where they are now employing their 50th apprentice. We don’t provide cookie-cutter courses, we tailor them to each apprentice and employer so that they can make an impact on the business and drive growth.
