Introduction

The apprentice covers a range business models and techniques analysing key areas of management and leadership. Firstly looking at yourself, emotional intelligence, time management and communication. Building on this looking at team dynamics and people management. You will learn how to handle difficult situations, change management, problem solving, using different leadership styles and coaching. During your apprenticeship you will lead on a project management learning techniques to help ensure successful delivery.

Who is this apprenticeship right for?

This course is ideal for those who are line managing a team of at least 2 people, wanting to develop their leadership and management skills. You should have (or be willing to work to gain) English and Maths at G.C.S.E’s at grade 4 or above or functional level 2.

Employer Contribution

£225 for non-levy employers (Non-Levy contribution applies to employers with an annual wage bill of under £3m and enrolling apprentices that are aged 22 and above upon apprenticeship start date)

How will this be delivered?

This apprenticeship is delivered through a combination of work-based learning, online training sessions or face to face sessions. You will build a portfolio of work you have created to evidence your skills. When ready to finish your apprenticeship, you will sit an end point assessment – but don’t worry you will have loads of support to prepare for this.
