Experience so far:
I am now 10 months into my apprenticeship, and I am absolutely loving it I have had numerous amazing opportunities which has made my time at Ocean World Travel more exciting. I have been on numerous cruise ship visits where I get to spend the day on board experiencing what the ship has to offer, and I get great marketing material from these visits as well.
How’s my Tutor been?
My tutor Yatin has been amazing during my apprenticeship, he has been very supportive in my 121s, and he has made the training days very exciting and engaging. Yatin is very insightful and full of great ideas that I have implemented into my work which have turned out to be very successful.
Highlight of my apprenticeship so far?
I would have to say the biggest highlight for me so far is all the ship visits I have been fortunate enough to go on. Before my apprenticeship I had never set foot on a cruise ship but now I can say I have, and it is making me want to go on one!
Advice for someone considering an Apprenticeship?
For anyone thinking about doing an apprenticeship, I would say go for it. Its incomparable the hands-on experience you get from an apprenticeship whilst also getting a great qualification out of it. An apprenticeship is such an unbeatable opportunity that can help you stand out in the industry by being able to say that you already have experience as well.
How would I recommend Pro apprenticeships?
Doing my apprenticeship with Pro apprenticeships have been great. The course covers every aspect of marketing in depth helping me to become the best marketer I can be. Each topic of the course has taught me something new that I have been able to take away and try out within my own work. I like Pro Apprenticeships so much that I am looking to do the next level after I finish my current course.
