We have an exciting opportunity for a keen and enthusiastic apprentice, with a keen eye for detail, to join the support Team at Techmodal. They are looking for someone who loves getting stuck in, wants to learn, has great attention to detail, and wants to build relationships and leave a lasting impression. Techmodal are a rapidly growing Applied Data Science and Technology business based in Bristol, UK. In 2020 Techmodal were acquired by BAE Systems, giving them access to a whole range of other exciting opportunities, while retaining their own identity. Responsibilities

Supporting various departments in the business, your role will be integral to the organisation and its function.

You will learn:

  • Covering reception and greeting visitors
  • Helping with security checks
  • Fire marshall and first aid training
  • Getting involved in organising and attending events
  • Monitoring and actioning requests to Reception inbox
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Answering the telephone
  • Emailing colleagues, clients and suppliers
  • Working with the software system
  • Data entry
  • Spreadsheets
  • Working with the HR app
  • General administration
  • Further responsibility will be given as the apprenticeship progresses

Training

During this advanced apprenticeship, you will learn a vast range of knowledge, skills and behaviours, covering topics such as project management, systems & processes, business structures and so much more.

You will undertake the ground-breaking Professional Apprenticeships Business Administrator Level 3 qualification. Professional Apprenticeships hold the title of Bristol and Bath Apprenticeship Training Provider of the Year for 2021. They also boast the highest Ofsted rating, which only a select few training providers in the region have.

The programme is designed to mould you into a high-level, all-rounded business professional. You will learn in detail about business communication, organisation, managing change, problem solving & much more.

These modules are designed to jump-start your career and make you stand out in an increasingly competitive field, boosting your future earning potential.
