As an Apprentice Client Service Advisor, you will have the opportunity to develop essential customer service and administrative skills while supporting our client service team. This apprenticeship is ideal for individuals who are eager to start a career in client services, providing hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be mentored by experienced Client Service Advisors and gain valuable industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Learn to deliver excellent customer service by assisting with accurate and timely order placements, responding to inquiries, and supporting logistics processes.
  • Support the team in maintaining client communication and ensuring product delivery meets expectations.
  • Assist in handling calls and emails, learning how to resolve queries effectively and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Gain experience in processing payments, managing client orders, cancellations, and refunds, while ensuring client records are kept up to date.
  • Develop skills in managing key client accounts and supporting their inquiries efficiently.
  • Enhance listening and problem-solving skills to understand client needs and promote company products/services, including generating quotes or forwarding leads to the sales team.

 

Person Requirements:

  • A keen interest in customer service and client relations.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Basic proficiency in using office software (eg Microsoft Office Suite).
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
  • A team player who aligns with their core values of one team, building relationships, spotting opportunities, and finding a better way.

During this advanced apprenticeship, you will learn a vast range of knowledge, skills and behaviours, covering topics such as project management, systems & processes, business structures and so much more.

You will undertake the ground-breaking Professional Apprenticeships Business Administrator Level 3 qualification.
