Common questions.
A Level 3 apprenticeship that teaches you to advise managers, maintain HR records and navigate employment legislation, over 15 months. No prior HR experience is required, and most apprentices are already working, often upskilling in their current role.
Yes. An apprenticeship is a paid role with training built in, so you'll need an employer, most commonly your current one, though a new one willing to take you on works too. If you're not sure where to start, get in touch and our team can help.
Yes. The apprenticeship is fully funded. There's no cost to you as the apprentice, whatever your employer's funding route.
A recognised Level 3 qualification, a portfolio of real HR work, and eligibility to apply for Associate membership of the CIPD.
