Welcoming Elise as a Content Creator Apprentice
To support their expansion, Hannah and Doug turned to Pro Apprenticeships after being recommended by fellow business owners. The recruitment process was simple. They were given a strong shortlist, interviewed candidates online and invited their top three to the park. Within two weeks, Elise had joined the team.
She arrived at the start of September, right as peak event season began. From her first week, she was filming, photographing and editing content from across the site, capturing everything the park offers.
A Confident Start and Real Creative Growth
Elise quickly settled into the role, supported by her manager but trusted with the independence to explore her own creative ideas. She has brought valuable insight into current social trends, trending audio and content styles, helping Avon Valley expand and refresh their digital presence.
Despite the fast pace of autumn and winter events, she has taken everything in her stride. The constant activity around the park has given her endless opportunities to create, experiment and improve her skills.

Hannah describes the experience as “faultless.” The onboarding was smooth, communication was clear and Elise received consistent support before she even stepped through the door. Looking Ahead
Elise is now building a wide foundation of content, marketing and event experience.
