You can take one unit, two, or the full suite. Each unit is independently funded and assessed — so you can start with what's most relevant right now and add more when the time is right.

About the programme

Strategy, governance, and change. Not coding.

These aren't technical courses. There's no coding, no data science. They're built for people in leadership and management roles who need to understand what AI means for their business and make informed decisions about it.

Each unit runs approximately four weeks, delivered online around a full-time role. All three are fully funded. For most SMEs, the cost is zero. You can take one, two, or all three.

Who it's for

Does any of this sound familiar?

These units are for people running businesses and teams, not technical specialists. If you're making decisions about how your organisation uses AI, this is for you.

"Everyone's talking about AI. I don't know where to start."

You know it matters but the noise is overwhelming. You need a clear head and a practical place to begin — not another conference talk.

Start with AU0009

"My team are using AI tools. I'm not sure we're doing it safely."

Shadow IT and informal AI use is already happening in most businesses. This unit helps you get in front of it with proper governance and oversight.

Start with AU0010

"We've started using AI but it hasn't really changed how we work."

Adoption without transformation is just a new tool nobody uses properly. This unit is about making AI actually stick across your organisation.

Start with AU0011

"I need to make a business case for AI investment to my board."

You'll leave with a structured, evidenced case for AI — not a vague proposal, but something your board can actually say yes or no to.

Start with AU0009

"We're being asked to evaluate AI suppliers and I don't know what to look for."

Vendor claims are hard to unpick. This unit gives you the framework to ask the right questions before you sign anything.

Start with AU0010

"I'm worried about what AI means for our people and how we manage that."

Workforce impact is one of the biggest leadership challenges that comes with AI. This unit helps you plan for it honestly and manage it well.
