This is a fantastic opportunity to join a luxury artistic kitchen and homeware brand in Bath, providing business support for their beautiful handmade products and really making the role your own. Avenida Home work with artists who create colourful, eclectic ceramics, placemats and fine linens and are looking for an apprentice to help support the team. You will play a pivotal part in organising internal operations, finance and learning all about how to support a leading brand in luxury homeware.
Responsibilities
As part of the growth of Avenida Home, you will support the Managing Director who is the creative Director with ensuring that all internal operations run smoothly and that processes and systems are kept up to date and organised.
You will be exposed to a variety of tasks, utilising your organisation, great people skills and drive to learn more about business
You will learn:
- Managing all the internal communications – responsible for getting update on the date to date tasks
- Holidays and times off
- Tracking shipments
- Electronic filing on the software system
- Logging invoices
- Helping with customer orders
- Product development log
- Tracking royalties and payments due
- Basic book keeping
- Supporting the team with general administrative and office tasks
